This includes key leadership contributions in support of leading professional organisations including the Enforcement Conduct Board (ECB), CIVEA, IRRV, and BPA, and advice sector contributions to Mind, Advice UK, Money Advice Trust, the Consumer Credit Counselling Service, and Citizens Advice.
Nick Tubbs

Nick has over 20 years' experience at Board level as a chief executive, managing director, consultant and non-executive director within listed companies and large corporates. With a strong track record of applied innovation, he has designed and led business transformation through implementing growth, business improvement and service quality programmes. These skills have been gained whilst working in Blue-Chip FTSE 250, NYSE and Swiss-listed firms. Nick joined JBW in 2016 and led our successful transition to the CDER Group in 2020.

Xiang has over 16 years of experience in the financial industry, having worked with a top 20 accountancy firm. Originally a qualified medical doctor, Xiang transitioned to finance 20 years ago and joined CDER Group in 2011. Xiang is responsible for Finance and Company Secretariat, strategic and operational financial planning, monitoring and reporting, statutory accounting requirements and managing key relationships with banking partners.

As Chief Technology Officer, John has 25 years’ experience in the IT industry, ensuring that our technology remains industry-leading, delivering effective and compliant collections. Possessing a strong background managing high profile IT projects for major banking and telecoms organisations such as Lloyds Bank, TSB and BT, John is responsible for CDER’s IT and data security infrastructure, client systems, process integration, and the management and growth of our expanding IT team. He also ensures compliance with ISO 27001 and GDPR while driving innovation and continuous improvement in our technology and processes.

Head Of Business Intelligence
Adrian joined CDER Group in 2015 as Head of Business Intelligence, bringing over 15 years of experience in business intelligence and performance improvement reporting. He has implemented market-leading Business Intelligence tools to deliver company-wide operational KPIs and detailed batch-level performance insights and reporting.
Day-to-day, Adrian and his team work closely with our Operational Management team to provide accurate Management Information, supporting contractual targets and positive customer outcomes. They also work closely with clients to provide transparent and detailed performance insights, providing an unrivalled understanding of our services and the strategies we use to maximise collections on their behalf.
